Always wondered what a casting director is looking for in a self-tape? Our Masterclass on Saturday 1st June will explore How To… Self-tape and Self-care with actress Angela Mhlanga. This session will focus on how to deliver an exceptional, eye-catching self-tape whilst being mindful of, and looking after, your sense of self in the industry. Purchase your tickets here.

What will the Masterclass include?

Angela will lead a warm-up and then begin unpacking her self-tape toolkit.  The session will cover: framing, introducing yourself, how to create a truthful and captivating first impression, commercial casting – profile and hands, taping with or without a reading partner, signing off, editing and finally… how to self-care whilst you wait for the outcome of your self-tape! We’ll also have a break for refreshments; please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies.
