I’ve booked tickets to see a show, what do I need to bring with me?
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the performance is due to start.
Unless you have booked a Premium ticket, bring something to sit on: rugs/blankets/low-backed seating.
Seating/space cannot be reserved and is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Rugs/blankets will be positioned at the front with chairs placed behind those sat on blankets.
Feel free to bring food and drink with you. You are welcome to eat before and during the performance.
Check the weather forecast beforehand to judge whether you will need to bring rain macs or sun lotion. If your venue is near water, you may want to consider bringing mosquito spray.
What are the running times of the productions?
Romeo and Juliet and Gangsta Granny both have a running time of 2 hours including a 15 minute interval.
Wuthering Heights will be 2 hours 20 minutes, including interval. Private Lives will be 2 hours 15 minutes including an interval.
Can I refund or exchange my tickets?
Heartbreak are unable to offer refunds or ticket exchanges. Please double check the dates and times of the production carefully, before you book.
I haven’t received my tickets, please help
Tickets are sent to the email address you entered when booking. Please check in your junk folder. If you require further assistance, please call the office (01926 430307) where someone will be happy to help.
Regarding tickets, what does ‘Premium’ and ‘Standard’ mean?
Premium tickets include a chair, provided by Heartbreak, under a tent.
Standard tickets require you to bring your own seating – either a chair or rug – and sit in the open air.
Who qualifies as a Concession?
Concessions are for those:
- 65 and over
- in full time education
- claiming job seekers allowance
Rain is forecast later. Is the performance still going ahead?
Heartbreak go ahead in all but the worst of weathers. We will perform through rain. However, should torrential rain or thunder and lightning strike, we will stop the performance for health and safety reasons.
This judgement is down to the Event Co-ordinator on the day.
Can I bring an umbrella?
You are welcome to bring umbrellas. However, we ask that you are consider the rest of the audience and their view of the stage.
What time do gates open?
Gates open 1 hour before the performance start time. Please do not arrive before this as the team will still be preparing the performance area.
Can I buy tickets on the gate?
Tickets are available to buy on the gate at the same price as online. Space and seats are first come, first served.
How is the event laid out?
In front of the stage is a section for people who are sitting on rugs. Behind them sit those who have brought their own chairs. Behind these people are the tents for people who have purchased a covered ticket. In the tents, there are 3 levels of chairs, with the highest at the back so everyone is able to see.
