Outdoor Theatre at Bangor Castle Walled Garden, Co Down

Heartbreak is delighted to bring open air theatre to Bangor Castle Walled Garden in Co Down this summer. We have entertained audiences for over 30 years with outdoor Shakespeare, classics, and family shows. So come and see us for  captivating open-air performances of Bad Dad and MacHamLear. Pack a picnic, dress for the weather, and head to Bangor Castle Walled Garden in Co Down for a unique outdoor theatre experience.

Gates open 45 minutes before the show starts. When you arrive at the venue, you will find parking at Bangor Aurora. The performance area is located at the bandstand area, behind the kiosk in the Walled Garden. For those wishing additional refreshments, the kiosk will be open during the performance intervals. Loos are located behind the performance area.

Remember to bring your own seating, either low backed chairs or rugs, and please let Heartbreak or the venue know if you have any access needs. This venue is wheelchair accessible.
