The Space Upstairs, North Hall, Spencer Yard

Spencer Yard is at the heart of Leamington Spa's cultural quarter and provides office space for Heartbreak Productions alongside Motionhouse Dance Company, Hybrid Arts, Leamington Studio Artists, Being Frank to name but a few. Working here provides a wonderful opportunity for companies to further their aims of developing work with the community, and help put Leamington and its abundance of culture, securely on the map.

Heartbreak Productions are responsible for an office space and rehearsal room, which is available for other groups to hire. It is hoped that community groups, especially those from the South Town, will really get behind this venture and get involved in this exciting opportunity.

Bright and airy, The Space in North Hall, Spencer Yard is 16m x 9.5m with high ceilings. It is already used for a variety of activities including yoga & meditation classes, seminars, dance and art classes, photographic and film studio space and opera and orchestra rehearsals. The space can also be adapted for use as a venue for theatre or film presentations.

The high ceilings give a sense of space but also great acoustics offer a more intimate atmosphere for smaller gatherings…..

With an easily accessible lift and conveniently located toilet facilities, access for all is guaranteed.

It is estimated that the space can seat 150 comfortably .

Rental for this exciting space is available through Heartbreak Productions. Prices are structured on an hourly, daily and weekly basis with generous concessions for charitable concerns and local arts organisations.
