Advantage West Midlands
Advantage West Midlands was established as the Regional Development Agency (RDA) for the West Midlands in 1999. Nine RDAs were created in England to drive sustainable economic development and social and physical regeneration through a business-led approach.
Heartbreak Productions in partnership with The Brunswick Healthy Living Centre, Warwick District Council, BBC Coventry & Warwickshire, and with financial support from Advantage West Midlands created a piece of forum theatre entitled "JUST THE JOB" which tackled the subject of redundancy.
'JUST THE JOB' has won BRONZE in the BBC Local Radio Gillard Awards (radio's equivalent of The Oscars!), in the BEST COMMUNITY PROJECT category.
