North Hall, Spencer Yard
Bright and airy, North Hall-Spencer Yard is 16m x 9.5m with high ceilings. It is used for a variety of activities including yoga & meditation classes, seminars, dance and art classes, photographic and film studio space and opera and orchestra rehearsals.
The space can also be adapted for use as a venue for theatre or film presentations and has been used for hosting children's birthday parties.
The high ceilings give a sense of space but also great acoustics offer a more intimate atmosphere for smaller gatherings. With an easily accessible lift and conveniently located kitchen and toilet facilities, access for all is guaranteed.
It is estimated that the space can seat 90 comfortably.
Rates & Hire
Hire is available through Heartbreak Productions. Prices are structured on an hourly, daily and weekly basis with generous concessions for charitable concerns and South Town organisations.
Hourly: £14.50 - £10.75*
Daily: £100 - £85* (Day = 9am - 6pm, £10/£8 per hour thereafter)
Weekly: £400 - £300*
(* Rate for a charity or CV31 based organisation/group)
Equipment for hire includes: Projector £10 / Lights £10
Studio lighting £20 (call out fee for an hour) and £25 per hour thereafter
