We are delighted to announce our open-air tours for summer 2008 : A Midsummer Night's Dream, Peter Pan and Charley's Aunt . As usual, these productions will be visiting venues throughout the UK and we promise the Heartbreak mix of audience interaction, live music, unique staging, all culminating in a cracking evening’s entertainment – we hope you are able to share them with us. We particularly hope that family audiences who perhaps saw The Railway Children in 2007 and The Wizard of Oz this summer will be delighted and uplifted by our new adaptation with music of Peter Pan.

Thank you for being on our direct mailing/e-mail list. We hugely appreciate being able to contact you directly by post or electronically; if it is possible to be included on our e-mail database in addition to postal address that would be additionally very effective and economical for us. It will allow us to share any offers or new developments with almost immediate effect - we are committed to looking after existing customers as our top priority.

We have a favour to ask; we would really appreciate you taking the postcard/poster that is enclosed and giving it to a friend or putting it on your work’s event noticeboard. It is only by your assistance in helping us to spread the word that we can we sustain the cut-price ticket offers because we are totally reliant on an audience for income.

This year we have made a few improvements to the covered seating areas: there will now be seating of variable heights allowing for better visibility and we have improved the audibility. If you are booking these seats, please feel free to bring a cushion for extra comfort.

We really appreciate all that HEARTBREAK SUPPORTERS have done in the past and now we are hoping to widen the net. All we’re asking is that you agree to distribute posters and leaflets in your area or volunteer to assist in stewarding any of the performances. In return, we will give you free tickets to see the productions. If you would like to help, please contact us with your name, address, email address, mobile telephone number and indicate whether you are interested in stewarding, distributing publicity material or both! As a word of warning, in line with the Data Protection Act, Heartbreak will only be keeping mailing details for four years. This year we will be removing all records pre-2003. If you feel that your details may be running out of date, please drop us a line via e-mail - nicci@heartbreakproductions.co.uk or by post using the below address with your up-to-date details and this will ensure mailing for a further three years.
